Bishop Aaron C. Blake Sr. is a pastor, ministry leader, and advocate for children and families who, with his wife, Mary, has spent more than two decades serving vulnerable children through the church and foster care. He founded Harvest Family Life Ministries and has helped churches and state agencies across seven states strengthen church/state partnerships to support children from prevention through permanency. Bishop Blake has also chaired the Advisory Committee on Promoting Adoption of Minority Children and has been recognized for his leadership in strengthening collaboration between the church and child welfare system.

Jason Weber serves as the National Director of More Than Enough for CAFO, advocating for collaboration and greater support for children and families before, during, and beyond foster care. He and his wife, Trisha, have worked with vulnerable children and families for more than 28 years, including 10 years as foster parents, and have five children. Jason is the author and contributor of several books and resources, including Until There’s More Than Enough, and hosts the More Than Enough Podcast.

Rick DuBose is Assistant General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God and a member of its Executive Leadership Team. He served 18 years as Senior Pastor of Sachse Assembly of God in North Dallas, following a pastorate in Hallsville, Texas, and has provided pastoral and denominational leadership for more than 35 years. He previously served as Superintendent of the North Texas District and General Treasurer of the Assemblies of God.

Dr. Gaylan Claunch has served in full-time ministry since 1968, including 30 years as a Senior Pastor in Texas and Oklahoma, where he led churches in growth, missions, and ministry. He later served as Assistant Superintendent of the North Texas District and now serves as Superintendent, providing leadership to pastors and churches across the district. He holds degrees from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and Oral Roberts University.

Pastor Denny D. Davis, Sr. is a visionary pastor and respected spiritual leader who has faithfully shepherded St. John Church in Grand Prairie for more than 30 years. Under his leadership, St. John has experienced tremendous spiritual and organizational growth, expanding to more than 12,000 members, 80 ministries, and multiple worship locations. A lifelong servant-leader with a passion for developing people and strengthening the church, Pastor Davis continues to lead with conviction, integrity, and a heart for God and His people.

Scott Platter serves as Vice President of Network Development at CarePortal, where he has been part of the senior leadership team since 2016. Driven by his faith and a deep passion to care for the vulnerable, Scott builds relationships and equips servant leaders to strengthen families and communities, drawing on his experience in Fortune 500 leadership and his personal journey of raising four sons from four different countries of origin.

Pastor Alex and First Lady Lana Blake are the Lead Pastors and founders of Freedom Village Church. Together, they are committed to building a Christ-centered church where people encounter God, find healing and hope, and where the community of Glenn Heights is strengthened and blessed.

Audrey is the Commissioner of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), bringing extensive experience in child welfare, state government, audits, and investigations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Southwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner. A former foster and kinship parent, Audrey is deeply committed to strengthening services and outcomes for children, adults, and families.

Kori Gough is the Director of the Heart Galleries of Texas at The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work. With nearly two decades of experience in child welfare, including almost 10 years as Executive Director of Partnerships for Children, Kori is dedicated to creating positive permanency and brighter futures for children and youth across Texas.

Kyle Kerrigan is Vice President of Evolution & Innovation at Upbring, where he leads innovation, strategic planning, data and analytics, product development, and project management focused on improving child wellbeing. With more than 15 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, business development, and data science, he combines analytical insight with creative solutions to advance child welfare and prevention. Kyle holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.

Richard Garza, M.A., serves as Director of Community Engagement with Divinity Family Services, where he is passionate about connecting churches, community organizations, and families to strengthen children and support vulnerable families. His work reflects a commitment to serving others through faith, collaboration, and meaningful community partnerships, helping bring people and resources together to create lasting impact.

Devyn S. Buschow is the Senior Manager of Parish Engagement at Catholic Charities Dallas, where they build community partnerships and coordinate initiatives that support individuals and families. Their work focuses on connecting people with resources that promote stability, dignity, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Bishop W. C. and Donna Martin bring a powerful testimony of what can happen when faith moves beyond the walls of the church and into the lives and homes of children. Their family’s journey and the movement that grew within their church are portrayed in Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot.

Bishop Gregory L. Drake I is profoundly dedicated to serving God’s people and exemplifies a heart after God’s own. His academic journey includes Jarvis Christian University and Dallas Baptist University. Beyond his spiritual leadership, he has forged meaningful connections throughout the community.

In 2020, Bishop Drake was consecrated to the office of Bishop in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. In 2024, he accepted the call to serve as the Fellowship’s North Texas State Bishop. Under his leadership, the North Texas State Fellowship has grown to 24 churches united in mission and momentum.

Pastor Dusty Petree serves as an Associate Pastor at Gateway Church’s Grand Prairie campus, where he has been involved in pastoral ministry, outreach, and community service since 2015. With a heart for serving both the spiritual and practical needs of families, Dusty has helped lead initiatives that provide food, prayer, and support to thousands of people throughout the community.

Tony Aviles serves as an Elder and Grand Prairie Campus Shepherd at Fielder Church, providing pastoral leadership through relationship-building, spiritual care, and a commitment to pointing people to Jesus. Born in Dallas and raised in Puerto Rico, Tony has followed Christ from a young age and brings a deep personal faith to his leadership, shaped by God’s faithfulness throughout his life and his family’s journey through adoption.
